Order Cancellation Policy

 

At Halonilta (hereinafter referred to as “we”), we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. The following information will help you quickly understand cancellation eligibility, the process, and refund arrangements.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders placed within 48 hours and not yet shipped can be canceled directly.
  • Orders placed after 48 hours or already shipped cannot be canceled directly. For these orders, you may wait for delivery and then process a return for a refund. For details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Reach out to us via email or phone and provide your order number, payment proof, and the reason for cancellation.

Step 2: Review and Confirmation
Once we receive your request, our team will review it promptly.
If your order meets the cancellation criteria, we will notify you immediately and proceed with the refund arrangement.

3. Refund Arrangements

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the same bank card used for payment, including American Express, Mastercard, VISA, and others.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are expected to arrive within 10–12 business days, depending on the bank’s processing speed.

4. Important Notes

  • Only orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled directly; other orders should be handled via return.
  • Please ensure all information provided when submitting a cancellation request is accurate and complete for faster processing.
  • Once a cancellation is confirmed, the refund process will begin immediately.
