Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Australia only.
Orders to destinations outside Australia are not supported at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order total:
- Orders of 100 AUD or more (including 100 AUD) qualify for free shipping
- Orders under 100 AUD are charged a flat shipping fee of 6.99 AUD
The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.
What is your order cut-off time?
Our order processing hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).
- Orders placed and paid before 18:00 are processed starting the same day
- Orders placed after 18:00 are processed from the next business day
- Orders placed on non-working days will be processed from the next working day
How long does order processing take?
Once payment is confirmed, your order enters preparation and dispatch.
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
How long does delivery take after shipping?
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days.
This is an estimated timeframe and may vary due to logistics scheduling or other uncontrollable factors.
Which carriers are used for delivery?
Depending on the order, shipping is handled by one of the following carriers:
- DHL Express
- UPS
- CouriersPlease
The selected carrier will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number, payment details, and shipping information.
You can track your order on the “Order Tracking” page by entering the email address or phone number used at checkout along with your order number.
What if my item arrives damaged or missing?
If you notice visible damage or missing items after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant photos and order details. We will assist you accordingly.
Can I change or cancel my order after shipping?
Once an order enters the shipping process, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

What should I know about the delivery address?
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
Any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the person placing the order.
What should I check when receiving my package?
- Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery
- If the package appears damaged or unusual, note it at the time of receipt and contact us promptly
- Once the package is accepted, the order is considered successfully delivered
