  • Explore our website to view a wide range of outdoor furniture, sofas, rocking chairs, and sets.
  • Click on a product to see detailed information, including size, material, color, and stock availability.
  • Choose the desired quantity and specifications, then add the product to your shopping cart.

2. Enter Order Information

  • Go to your shopping cart and review your items, quantities, and prices.
  • Fill in your shipping address, recipient name, and contact information.
  • Once confirmed, proceed to the payment step.

3. Make Payment

  • Payment methods include credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, VISA, etc.) and other online payment options.
  • Please ensure your payment information is accurate to complete your order smoothly.
  • After payment, a confirmation email will be sent, including your order number and payment details.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • We typically process orders within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders of 100 AUD or more (including 100 AUD) qualify for free shipping; orders under 100 AUD incur a flat shipping fee of 6.99 AUD.
  • After shipping, the estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics or other uncontrollable factors.
  • You can track your shipment anytime on the website’s “Order Tracking” page using your order number and contact information.

5. Receiving and Inspecting Your Order

  • Upon delivery, please check that the package is intact.
  • If you notice any damage or discrepancies with your order, contact us immediately.
  • If you wish to return or exchange an item, please do so within 30 days following our Returns & Exchanges Policy, and use the return label included in the package.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Once returned items are received, they are usually inspected within 1–3 business days.
  • Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10–12 business days.
  • If a refund is not received within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
