6. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled directly within 48 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or already shipped cannot be canceled directly. In such cases, return and refund procedures apply; please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- Cancellation requests are reviewed promptly by our customer service team. Once confirmed, you will be notified immediately, and the refund process will begin.
- Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 10–12 business days.

7. Returns and Exchanges Policy
- Returns or exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the date you receive the product.
- Please pack the product carefully along with all accessories, materials, and the return label included in the original packaging, and send it to the return address provided by us.
- The package also includes a return form and prepaid label, along with the invoice and any other materials. Please keep these for your return.
- Return processing typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on order review and product inspection.
