This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all orders placed on Halonilta (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and is designed to guide you through the return and exchange process, including eligibility, procedures, and important considerations.
1. Return & Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if your item meets the applicable conditions.
Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
2. Eligible Conditions
During the valid period, you may request a return or exchange if any of the following situations occur:
- The item has visible defects or quality issues
- The item has an unusual odor, significant color differences, or other issues affecting normal use
- The item received does not match the order
- Returns or exchanges without a specific reason are allowed if the item remains in good condition

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Submit Your Request
Contact us via customer service email or phone, providing your order number, payment proof, reason for return/exchange, and relevant photos or videos. This helps us understand your situation quickly.
Review & Instructions
Once we receive your request, our team will review it promptly.
If approved, we will notify you via your provided contact method and provide the return address.
Returning Your Item
Please pack the item carefully along with all accessories, materials, and the return label included in the original package, and send it to the address we provide. Then wait for us to confirm receipt.
Inspection & Processing
After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected immediately:
- If approved for a return, we will process your refund;
- If approved for an exchange, a new item will be shipped to you within 1–3 business days.

4. Refund Method & Processing Time
Refunds will be returned to the same bank card used for payment, including but not limited to American Express, Mastercard, and VISA.
Depending on the bank’s processing speed, refunds are expected to reach your account within 10–12 business days.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us for assistance.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return/exchange is due to defects, quality issues, odor, color discrepancies, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns without a specific reason, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

- Please provide accurate and complete information when submitting a return or exchange request.
- Ensure items are properly packaged during return shipping to prevent damage.
